News dkrager writes "PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) has launched "AMA Members Only," part of award-winning AMADirectlink.com and the latest benefit for members of the world's largest and most committed group of motorcycling enthusiasts.

Users can gain access to AMA Members Only by entering their AMA number and ZIP code, and then setting their own unique username and password. Special features of this area of AMADirectlink.com include free classified ads, where members can buy and sell motorcycles and riding gear; a national database of the best motorcycling roads, recommended by other AMA members (an off-road database is planned as well); mechanical advice, entertaining columns, and insightful commentary available only in the AMA Members Only area; the full text -- not just selected stories -- of each monthly issue of American Motorcyclist magazine; computer wallpaper, from scenic road-riding shots to track-level racing photos.

AMA Members Only also features a full array of member services, allowing users to renew their membership, check their membership's expiration date, and more.

"The AMADirectlink.com and American Motorcyclist magazine staff worked hard to develop and launch this unique benefit, and we're proud to offer it to our members," said webmaster Richard Ried. "We look forward to hearing suggestions and comments from members, so that we can continue to make it better."
